Room Policies

Cancellation Policy:

Rooms are billed per half hour. 48 hour notice is required for all cancellations. Cancellations with less than 48 hour notice will be charged for the full amount of the reservation.

Rental Deposit:

A 20% non-refundable deposit is required for all rentals $200 or above.

Free Room Setup:

Custom seating arrangements are provided with each reservation.

Room Cleaning Fee:

A $30 cleaning fee will be assessed for rooms left in a disorderly manner.
